I'm relatively new to spinning and wanted a larger quantity of wool to practice with. I just love how clean and soft the merino roving is. Great price too.

So many soft colors to pick from and blend on a blending board or drum carder to spin into art yarn. I also use it for felting.

I'm a brand new spinner. Like when i sat down with my new roving it was the literall 3rd time ever to spin. It is testament to the workability of this roving that I successfully spun yarn singles without too much bad language -all my fault and not the luxurious easy to use fiber from Shep'ss Wool. Fabulous to use, easy to pull out into the spin. I amm sorry i havent the proper terminology to describe how easy it was to spin.

I purchased the soft merino wool roving from Shep's Wool for my newest hobby--spinning. I am so impressed with the quality and ease i have found in the roving. I was able to manage the staple length as I gently tease out the proper amount to add to my spun fiber. I have successfully produced yarn singles!!! now to learn to ply...

Initially I made an error with purchase and admin responded in a very timely manner on a holiday weekend. I recieved my revised order a few days later and am very happy! Excellent customer service and wonderful product. I think there would be more reviews, but the one I sent via link in email did not post to this site. I am so happy with this seller I went out of my way to make sure this one gets posted.
